- 10g PBfit Peanut Butter
- 30g The Whole Feast chocolate protein
- 15g Kodiak Cakes pancake mix
- 20g Real Duncan Hines Dolly Parton Banana Pancake Mix
- 6g Coconut Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 70g Egg Whites
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 30g Good Culture Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 5g Caramel Jordan's Skinny Syrup
Calories: 377, Protein: 47g, Carbs: 35g, Fat: 5.5g, Fiber: 5.5g
Fluffy Pancakes with Yogurt:
- 10g PBfit Peanut Butter
- 30g The Whole Feast vanilla protein
- 30g Kodiak Cakes pancake mix
- 6g Coconut Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Large Egg
- 50g Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 30g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Calories: 394, Protein: 47g, Carbs: 29g, Fat: 10g, Fiber: 7g
Directions For Both Recipes:
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients.
- Heat pan and spray with non-stick spray.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just incorporated.
- Let sit for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
- Pour into pan and cover with lid.
- Flip after 3 minutes and cook until fluffy.
- Top with your favorite toppings!
